This policy explains what data the Signopedia app for iPhone and Android uses, and what this website uses.
In short
Signopedia has no accounts, no ads and no tracking tools. It does not collect personal data. The app sends no data to D4U or anyone else; purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. What you do in the app stays on your phone. This website uses no cookies and only counts visits, without identifying you.
The app
The Signopedia app for iPhone and Android does not measure or track anything.
What the app stores, and where
Only on your phone:
- the packages you added;
- your favorite signs;
- your progress in the game: trainings, challenges and trophies;
- your settings: language, appearance and other preferences.
No one else has access to this data, not even D4U. If you delete the app, it is deleted. You can also erase it from Settings › Erase progress.
Phone permissions
- Flashlight: only if you turn it on in the Morse translator, to send the message with light.
- Location, contacts, camera, microphone and photos: the app does not use them.
Purchases
Paid packages are bought through the App Store or Google Play. Those stores process the payment under their own privacy policies. D4U does not receive your payment details.
Sharing
When you share a trophy, the app builds an image and opens your phone's share menu. You choose who to share it with and how.
This website
This website is signopedia.d4u.store. To know how many people visit, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. It only sees how many visits there are, which pages, from which country, which site they came from and what type of device. If you choose light or dark mode, that choice is kept only in your browser. If this ever changes, this policy is updated first.
Children
The app does not ask for or store anyone's personal data, at any age.
Changes
If the app or this website changes what it does with data, this policy is updated and the date above changes.
