Signopedia is an app for learning signs. By using the app, you accept these terms.
What it is for
Signopedia is an educational app. It explains signs based on the official standards and cites the source of each package, but it is not an official source, does not represent any government or body and does not replace the standard in force. On the road, at sea or at the airport, always follow the actual signs and the local rules. When in doubt, check the official source linked in Credits.
Free and paid packages
Downloading the app is free, and so are several of its packages; others are paid. The catalog shows the price of each paid package before you add it.
Purchases
- Paid packages are bought once, inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, taxes and refunds are handled by that store, under its own terms.
- The purchase stays in your store account. To get it back on another phone or after reinstalling the app, use Settings › Restore purchases.
- Paid packages cannot be removed from the app.
- Your progress in the game stays only on your phone: if you uninstall the app, it is lost.
Content
The texts and drawings of each package are based on the official source shown in Credits, with the permission described there. The rest of the app (design, texts and code) belongs to D4U.
Privacy
The app has no accounts and does not collect personal data. The details are in the privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change, they are updated on this page and the date above changes.
